We are proud of the services we provide across all services to include Frimley Park, Wexham Park, Heatherwood Hospitals, Farnham Hospital, the Slough Community Diagnostic Centre, our Midwifery Hubs and community services as well as other key sites.

This new role will be central to that ambition.

As Director of Clinical Governance and  Risk, you will provide strategic leadership across patient safety, quality governance, clinical effectiveness, risk management and quality assurance. You will ensure that there is a line of sight from all our Divisional and Corporate services for quality, safety and risk to the Quality Assurance Committee and the Board.  This will include  the  intelligence we gather from patients, staff, incidents, audits, reviews and operational performance to be translated into meaningful improvements in care and outcomes.

We are seeking a health professional and exceptional leader who combines credibility and technical expertise with compassion, curiosity and integrity. You will be an individual who can challenge constructively, influence confidently and build trusted relationships across professional and organisational boundaries.

The successful candidate will lead a committed team and work closely with clinical and operational colleagues throughout the Trust. Together, we are focused on creating an environment where our staff feel supported to innovate, speak up, use learning for tangible change  and continuously improve the services we provide for our patients and local communities.
